How to make Online Reservations for LB Golf Courses

laptop frontpageBeginning on January 21, 2008, the Long Beach golf reservation system began an online system to make advanced tee time reservation for City of Long Beach golf courses. The Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine teamed with the City’s golf course operator, American Golf Corporation to develop the new system.

The new online system, available here allows tee time reservations up to eight days in advance from the convenience of home or work on a secure web server. Instead of getting busy signals or waiting on hold, golfers can access tee times at all five Long Beach courses through this service.

Golfers may purchase a $25 annual reservation card ($30 for non-Long Beach Residents). Cards are sold at Recreation Park 18-hole Golf Course, 5001 Deukmejian Drive, 562.494.4424. The cards are sold daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, seven days per week.  Resident card purchasers are required to bring a valid drivers’ license or government photo identification card along with a utility bill or car registration with matching Long Beach addresses. The resident reservation card will allow residents to book online beginning at 6:00 am, eight days in advance. The non-resident reservation card will allow golfers to book online beginning at 6:30 am, eight days in advance. Golfers without a reservation card will be allowed to book online beginning at 10:00 am, eight days in advance.  A credit card is required to secure all advanced reservations. More information regarding City of Long Beach reservation policies available here.

Phone reservations will be taken five days in advance by calling the desired golf course after 12:00 pm. El Dorado Park Golf Course, Skylinks at Long Beach GC and Recreation Park 18 Golf Course have computer reservation terminals for those golfers who do not have a computer, or wish to book tee times at the golf course.
